Frozen Pie Shell
2 jars of Pumpkin Chai Spread
1 can of evaporated milk
- Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees
- Bake the shell for 15 minutes
- Lower the temperature to 350 degrees
- Mix the Pumpkin Chai, evaporated milk, and eggs until evenly incorporated. Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie shell.
- Put the pie back into the oven and bake for 60 minutes
- Top with homemade whipped cream and enjoy!
